Attractions was a proud sponsor of the annual Visitor Experience Conference (VEX18) held on October 7-9 in San Antonio, TX, hosted by The Visitor Experience Group.
The Visitor Experience Group (VEX) provides professional development, networking, and resources for the arts and cultural sector in the fields of visitor services, audience engagement, and visitor experience.
During this year’s conference, Attractions was featured on the technology and the visitor experience panel where we showed our capabilities such as real-time wayfinding, pre-planned routing, marketing integration, emergency management, etc.
The demo was well received by participants who showed keen interest in the ability of the Attractions app to enhance visitor experience at facilities of varying operational capacity.
