These terms apply to your use of pigeon-tech.com (the "website"), run by Pigeon-Tech Inc. ("Pigeon-Tech", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

If you have a separate written agreement with us, for example as a customer of Pigeon Suite, that agreement governs our products and services and takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Pigeon-Tech, our products and our work, and to contact us. When you use it, you must not:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems or other people's data;
• interfere with how the website works, for example with viruses, malicious code or attacks that overload it;
• copy content from the website in bulk by automated means (such as scraping) without our written permission;
• pretend to be someone else, or send spam through our forms.

Information you send us through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, Pigeon-Tech or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in everything on the website, including text, pictures, videos, designs and software. All rights are reserved.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information or for your organization's internal review of our products. Without our written permission, you must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce or redistribute material from the website, except as allowed above.

Our name and logo may not be used without our written permission. Names and logos of other organizations shown on the website belong to their owners.

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, email info@pigeon-tech.com with the details and a link to the content, and we will review it.

Links and third-party services

You may link to our home page or any other page, as long as the link is fair and legal, does not suggest any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement that doesn't exist, and does not harm our reputation. Without our written permission, you may not show our pages inside a frame on another website or use our logo in a link. We may ask you to remove a link at any time, and you agree to do so promptly.

The website links to other websites, such as our customers' sites, app stores and social networks, and some parts of it, such as the booking calendar and videos, are provided by third parties (for example Cal.com and YouTube). We don't control these and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Information on the website

The website gives general information about Pigeon-Tech and our products and services. Product features, availability and other details may change, and nothing on the website is an offer or forms a contract. We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is complete or accurate, or that the website will always be available.

Our mobile apps

These terms cover the website. Our mobile apps are provided under the terms of the App Store or Google Play you download them from and, where an app is provided for a venue, the venue's own terms. How the apps handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
