Yes. Pigeon-Tech can support self-guided museum tours and themed digital experiences that connect visitors with selected exhibits, collections, galleries, stories, or educational themes.
Tours can include text, images, audio, video, themed stops, and related points of interest, allowing museums to create experiences around topics such as history, science, art, innovation, or special exhibitions.

How can museums and science centers measure visitor engagement?

Pigeon-Tech visitor analytics can help museums understand how visitors interact with configured digital experiences such as exhibits, tours, multimedia, maps, gamification, and other content.
Depending on the implementation, analytics can help teams understand which digital experiences receive engagement and how visitors use different parts of the platform.

Can Pigeon-Tech be customized with our museum or science center branding?

Yes. Pigeon-Tech supports white-label museum and science center experiences that can be configured around the organization’s branding, imagery, content, navigation, and visitor experience requirements.
The visitor experience can reflect the museum or science center’s identity rather than presenting a generic third-party application.

How is Pigeon-Tech different from a basic museum mobile app?

Pigeon-Tech is designed as a configurable Digital Experience Platform, rather than only a single-purpose museum app.
Museums and science centers can connect capabilities such as interactive maps, exhibit discovery, AI recognition, tours, gamification, multilingual content, offline experiences, events, notifications, and visitor analytics through one platform instead of operating multiple disconnected digital tools.

Can museums update exhibit and visitor content after launch?

Yes. Authorized teams can manage configured visitor content through Pigeon-Tech’s content management and administration capabilities, depending on the implementation.
This can include updating exhibit information, tours, media, activities, visitor information, and other digital content without rebuilding the entire visitor experience.

Can Pigeon-Tech integrate with existing museum systems?

Pigeon-Tech can support integrations through available APIs and integration methods, depending on the systems used by the museum and the required use case.
Integration requirements should be reviewed for each deployment because ticketing, membership, collections, content, and operational systems vary between organizations.
